
Tori Castledine joins ReGen Strategic as a Senior Consultant in the stakeholder engagement practice, bringing more than 15 years of experience across renewable energy development, social performance, First Nations engagement, regional economic development and corporate affairs.
Most recently as Senior Management Consultant at Stride Renewables, Tori worked across a diverse client portfolio to accelerate renewable energy projects nationally. In this role she project-managed the First Nations engagement workstream for an acceleration program for five battery energy storage system projects, delivered successful bids for government funding and developed community benefit sharing frameworks for renewable energy projects.
Before Stride, Tori led Fortescue’s APAC Green Energy social performance team, where she helped secure over 5GW of generation capacity for the South East WA project.
Tori’s earlier roles have included Corporate Affairs Manager at Southern Ports, policy roles with the Department of Premier and Cabinet, and Chief Executive Officer of both the Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Esperance Tjaltjraak Native Title Aboriginal Corporation.
Tori lives and works in Esperance in Western Australia’s South East, bringing strong regional connections and a first-hand understanding of how regional and remote communities operate. That perspective shows up in the way she approaches stakeholder engagement, social licence, and community benefit work for clients operating in regional WA and beyond. She is passionate about thriving regional communities and remains deeply involved in regional governance and leadership.
Tori holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, both from Curtin University.
